Lehlohonolo Adonisi

Lehlohonolo, an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa since September 2002, brings a wealth of experience in litigation services. Specializing in corporate, commercial, competition, and labor laws, he has successfully represented clients in both government and private sectors, including prominent organizations such as PRASA, Metrorail, and PetroSA. Lehlohonolo's leadership skills have been evident through his directorship and chairperson positions, where he has served as an Assessor, Disciplinary Chair, and Adjudicator. With a notable track record, he has held key roles at various law firms, including Msikinya Attorneys and Adonisi Malapane Moletsane and Moloi Incorporated.

Mzomhle Tshaka

Mzo, an Admitted Attorney of the High Court since 2005, has built a strong reputation as a commercial and corporate law attorney. Notably, he achieved the distinction of becoming the youngest Partner at a medium-sized law firm at the age of 27. His expertise lies in commercial practice, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Throughout his career, Mzo has represented a diverse clientele, including property developers, banks, fund and investment managers, trusts, IT companies, and various corporate entities. He has also held leadership roles such as Legal Coordinator Property Manager, Director, Company Secretary, and Alternate Trustee.

Mathapelo Matsaneng

Mathapelo is a highly experienced Associate with over 20 years of working experience. Previously, she served as a Senior Legal Advisor of Intellectual Property Management and Competition Law at the SABC, where she provided valuable advice on copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property management. Mathapelo played a key role in the acquisition, management, exploitation, and protection of intellectual property for television and radio broadcasting. She also conducted training and education programs on intellectual property for SABC employees. Before joining the SABC, Mathapelo worked as a Legal Counsel and Stakeholder Relations Coordinator at the Competition Commission of South Africa, where she handled litigation matters, provided competition law education and training to external stakeholders, and conducted policy analysis. She also served as a Legal Analyst, conducting investigations in South Africa's economic markets. Additionally, Mathapelo has experience as a Lecturer in Corporate & Commercial Law at the University of the Free State.
